Personal Knowledge Base
Overview
Equip the agent to design and operate a personal knowledge base that is actually retrievable and reusable. The core principle: 收集不求完美，检索不求记忆，复用必须加工 — capture without friction, retrieve by structure rather than memory, and always process before reusing. The three steps form a loop; reuse output is written back into the base so knowledge compounds.
When to use
Use this skill when the user wants to:
- Set up or redesign a personal knowledge base / second brain.
- Improve a collection workflow that keeps losing notes.
- Fix retrieval — "I know I saved it but can't find it".
- Get a note template with required fields for a vault (Obsidian / Dataview compatible).
- Deal with "too many notes, never organized".
- Package the method as a reusable skill or SOP.

Note template
Use references/note-template.md as the copy-ready template. It is Obsidian-compatible (YAML frontmatter, [[wikilinks]], Dataview fields) and uses the file naming convention KC-日期-主题.md for knowledge cards. Required fields: 标题、来源类型、来源、日期、标签、状态、关联，plus 原文/事实、我的理解、可复用场景、状态变更记录.
To scaffold a new note deterministically, run:

Retrieval and housekeeping
Invoke references/faq.md for the two recurring problems:
- 找不到旧笔记: a two-way split (never captured vs captured-but-unsearchable), common causes, and the MOC index fix.
- 笔记太多不整理: tags + MOC over folder trees, weekly 15-minute quick-sort, and the "would I reuse this?" gate.
