Installation
Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:

Requirements and caveats from upstream:
- node shared/scripts/skillpack-build.mjs --clean
- node shared/scripts/skillpack-install.mjs --global
- node shared/scripts/skillpack-install.mjs --global --skills=wp-playground,wp-block-development
