必要依赖
所有需要资料依据的 workflow 都使用 ima-skill 做检索：

Workbuddy 单入口规则
本 SkillHub 包为单入口安装包。Workbuddy 只会注册根 SKILL.md 对应的一个技能卡片；各子 workflow 已作为普通参考文件放在 references/workflows/，不要把它们当成独立技能安装或展示。
