Safety Rules
⚠️ High-Risk Operations (require secondary confirmation)
- Delete job — irreversible, associated screening data will be lost
- Terminate running screening — interrupts current progress, screened data is not lost
- Stop screening — stops the task but preserves progress
✅ Operations That Do Not Need Confirmation
- View data (statistics, job list, screening records)
- Edit job info
- Start screening (configuration confirmation dialog already exists)
- Create/copy job
- Generate talent profile
🛡️ Safety Principles
- Read first: when uncertain, query data first before deciding next step
- One thing at a time: do not perform multiple operations simultaneously
- Error handling: when an operation fails, tell the user what went wrong
