校验结构化字段、去重检查、精确汇总CNY金额并按类别生成CSV。仅处理已经转录的字段，不读取图片/PDF、不OCR、不鉴定真伪或提供税务意见。
业务执行器由发布者原创，MIT许可。业务失败时保留原订单，联系发布者核查恢复或退款；不承诺自动退款。/ Original publisher-authored executor, MIT. On failure retain the order and contact publisher for recovery/refund review; no automatic refund promise.

receipts1—1000项，每项含唯一id、merchant、有效YYYY-MM-DDdate、非负两位小数amount、仅CNYcurrency、category。金额以整数分汇总。JSON最多1MB。- 1–1000 records; unique id, merchant, valid date, nonnegative two-decimal amount, CNY and category. Totals use integer cents. Limit 1MB.

数据披露与留存 / Data disclosure and retention
发送前展示接收端 https://fwskillpay-api.cn、输入字段、用途和¥0.10，取得独立同意。/ Before transmission disclose recipient, fields, purpose and ¥0.10, then obtain separate consent.
本服务由Skill发布者运营（运营者提供ICP备案号：赣ICP备2026015653号）。订单输入最多262144字符；成功执行后在待履约时清除。未付款/paid_failed输入没有已核实的自动删除期限；已履约结果24小时到期，待履约结果保留供原单恢复。暂存默认2小时、每5分钟清理，硬上限24小时。日志、备份和交易元数据保留期限尚未核实。不得传个人、医疗、机密或凭据。
Operator-supplied ICP filing: 赣ICP备2026015653号. Order input up to 262144 characters is cleared after successful execution enters fulfillment. Unpaid/paid_failed inputs lack a verified automatic deletion deadline; fulfilled results expire after 24 hours, while awaiting-fulfillment results remain for recovery. Staging defaults to 2 hours, is cleaned every 5 minutes, and has a 24-hour hard cap. Log, backup, and trade metadata retention is unverified. Exclude personal, medical, confidential, and credential data.

调用前取得数据传输及披露金额的付款授权；probe账单的资源与金额核验一致后立即执行pay并实际运行官方alipay-bot；用户付款后complete同一原订单，实际运行查询命令。仅交付有效Payment-Validation绑定的非空结果。失败时不得免费替代或重新收费；只恢复原单。打印命令不算弹码。
Obtain authorization for data transfer and the disclosed price before probe; on a matching bill immediately run pay and actually launch official alipay-bot; after user payment complete the same order and run its status query. Deliver only non-empty output bound to valid Payment-Validation. No free substitute or repurchase on failure; recover the original order. Printed commands do not open checkout.

调用前先披露登记接收方、发送数据、用途和本包单价，取得数据传输及该金额的付款授权。本轮 402 账单的资源和金额与登记一致时，立即执行已授权的官方付款指令；不重复等待确认。金额、资源不一致则停止，不发起付款。
本版修正 / Changes
修正官方付款摘要与订单恢复说明，补齐同域大载荷暂存和账单一致性校验。正常交付由官方组件自动回执；只在明确回执失败且用户后续要求恢复时独立恢复。业务功能、资源与¥0.10单价保持登记一致。
Align official payment-intent summaries and same-order recovery, retain same-origin staging and bill validation, and use automatic official acknowledgement for successful delivery. A separate ACK is limited to explicit acknowledgement failure followed by a later user recovery request. The validated business scope, resource and CNY 0.10 price match registration.
