Process Node Description

Overview

This skill converts a BPM/process flowchart (.drawio file) into two strictly formatted Markdown tables:
1. A process-node description table with fixed columns plus dynamic RACI columns derived from actual swimlanes.
2. A process-indicator table with 1–3 indicators.

The skill preserves node numbering and wording exactly as shown in the diagram, drops start/end nodes and external-process nodes, and uses only the system/tool annotations placed in the diagram.

When to Use

Trigger this skill when the user request matches any of the following patterns:
- "根据流程图生成流程节点说明表"
- "生成流程节点说明和RACI表"
- "输出流程指标表"
- "帮我整理这份流程图"
- A .drawio file is attached and the user wants a node-by-node breakdown.

Workflow

1. Read the flowchart. Use the file read tool to load the .drawio content. The XML contains swimlanes (swimlane shapes), process nodes (labels, IDs, parent references), and connectors.
2. Identify swimlanes. Extract each swimlane name. Keep all swimlanes except one literally named "外部流程". The remaining swimlanes become RACI columns in the order they appear in the diagram.
3. Identify valid nodes. List every process node that is not a start/end event and not an external-process (off-page/external reference) node. Preserve the node number and node text exactly as written in the diagram.
4. Strip parenthetical system names. In the "流程步骤" column, remove any parentheses and the system/tool names inside them (e.g., "节点名称(PMS+)" → "节点名称"). Do not add, remove, or rephrase the rest of the text.
5. Map RACI by node. Based on the swimlane each node belongs to and its role in the flow, assign R, A, C, or I per swimlane column. Use "-" when a swimlane has no involvement. Only one role is allowed per cell.
6. Fill fixed columns. For each valid node produce:
   - 流程编号: exact diagram number, ascending numeric order.
   - 流程步骤: exact node text, parenthetical system names removed.
   - 流程描述: one concise sentence describing the node's work.
   - 业务规则: key business logic or considerations; empty if none.
   - 输入: concise list of inputs.
   - 输出: concise list of outputs.
7. Build the indicator table. Immediately after the node table, output a second Markdown table with 序号, 流程指标, 指标描述. Provide 1–3 indicators per process.
8. Optional: upload to Tencent Docs. If the user asks to save the result to an online Tencent document or sheet, use the Tencent Docs connector after generating the Markdown tables.

Output Format

1. Process Node Description Table

Required columns, in order:

Rules:
- RACI columns are generated from the actual swimlanes in the diagram.
- Column header format: RACI-泳道名称.
- Each RACI cell contains only one of: R, A, C, I, or -.
- Start/end nodes and external-process nodes are excluded from the table.
- No extra titles, explanations, or prose outside the table.

2. Process Indicator Table

Required columns, in order:

Rules:
- 序号 starts at 1 and increments naturally.
- 1–3 indicators per process.
- 指标描述 explains the problem solved, purpose, and/or calculation formula concisely.
- No extra titles or explanations outside the table.

Quality Checks

Before returning the result:
- Verify node numbers are in ascending order and match the diagram exactly.
- Verify "流程步骤" text matches the diagram exactly, with only parenthetical system names removed.
- Verify RACI columns correspond exactly to the swimlanes present in the diagram.
- Verify start/end nodes and external-process nodes are excluded.
- Verify the indicator table follows directly after the node table and uses only Markdown table syntax.
