Amazon Electric Can Opener Market Research
Use this skill when the user supplies one or more Amazon US electric-can-opener product sources (ASINs or product URLs) and asks for a structured market-research workbook or one of its verified data modules. It is reusable for any number of supplied products; do not assume the four archived ASINs are the requested scope.
Scope and inputs
Treat the user's explicit product list, source URLs, market, locale, and requested fields as authoritative. For a full run, use the input ASIN/URL list and create or update one product column per item. Ask only for a missing item that is necessary to perform the requested module.
- Read Amazon collection for Amazon ranking, product-page, media, seller, and workbook-field work.
- Read SellerSprite collection only when collecting sales or core-keyword trends.
- Read Xiyou collection only when collecting keyword top 10 or price trends.
- Read Workbook and artifact policy before creating, updating, rendering, or delivering a workbook or chart/table image.
Required evidence discipline
Use only observed Amazon pages/media or tool responses, SellerSprite data, Xiyou data, and user-supplied data for their respective fields. Never invent, infer as fact, estimate, backfill from model knowledge, or generate plausible-looking values for page text, images, rankings, sales, keywords, price nodes, or charts.
If a required source is unavailable or incomplete, preserve the field as unavailable and report the limitation. Do not silently substitute a different metric (for example, sales revenue for unit sales) or source.
Data organization
Use a working project folder chosen by the user. Prefer these relative paths so downloaded copies of this skill remain portable:
amazon-list.htmlandamazon-product-pages/: captured Amazon evidence.raw/sellersprite/: raw SellerSprite responses, including sales and keyword-trend nodes.raw/xiyou/: raw Xiyou keyword and price-trend responses.media-ocr/: downloaded product media and contact sheets used for visible-text extraction.outputs/<research-name>/: official workbook, embedded images, and preview renders.scripts/: optional repeatable helpers local to the research project, not a substitute for source evidence.
The archived workspace asset names are documented in Workbook and artifact policy. They are examples of evidence roles, not required inputs for a new research run.
Completion
Before delivery, verify that product count, column mapping, field formats, embedded images, and source-derived values match the requested scope. State which modules ran, data-date/range limitations, and any unavailable fields.
