Lei Jun Template Remix

Use the bundled deterministic renderer. Do not invent source paths or silently reuse missing categories.

Project contract

Require this layout under the selected project directory:

Read references/folder-contract.md when preparing or troubleshooting material folders. The fixed timing profile is references/template-profile.json.

Workflow

1. Resolve SKILL_DIR to the directory containing this SKILL.md.
2. Run a read-only check before rendering:

3. Render one review sample:

4. Inspect contact_sheet.jpg, edit_plan.json, and validation.json beside the output before batch work.
5. Produce three deterministic variants only after the sample passes:

6. For a scheduler or WorkBuddy Automation, call the guarded entrypoint. It creates a timestamped run folder, refuses overlapping runs, and defaults to three outputs:

Invariants

• Preserve reference frames 0–154 as the opening shot.
• Keep exactly 588 video frames at 30 fps and retain the original AAC audio packet payload.
• Alternate replacement slots as people, scenery, people, scenery, people.
• Center-fill every source to 1080x1440; never stretch aspect ratio.
• Burn only the post-opening subtitles from the fixed profile. The Lei Jun opening already contains its own subtitles.
• Never overwrite the reference or input material.
• Fail when fewer than three people clips or two scenery clips are available.
• Treat permanent scheduling as a separate user decision. Do not install a recurring job without an explicit time and recurrence.

WorkBuddy compatibility

Tencent WorkBuddy/CodeBuddy reads project or user skills from .codebuddy/skills/<name>/SKILL.md. This package also includes skill.yml as a supplemental manifest, but SKILL.md and the scripts are the source of truth.
